The Federio Dramatize app
Federio Dramatize does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics or tracking. Screenplays, notes, highlights, revisions, preferences, backups and recovery data are stored locally on your Mac or in a location you choose. Federio Dramatize does not send screenplay text to the developer or use it to train artificial intelligence.
Optional downloads
If you explicitly install a spelling dictionary, Federio Dramatize downloads the selected package from a pinned public GitHub address. The request necessarily exposes ordinary connection data, such as your IP address, to the download provider. Federio Dramatize does not add personal data or screenplay content to that request. Table Read uses voices installed in macOS and does not upload screenplay text.
This website
The main Federio Dramatize website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or contact forms. The hosting provider may process standard server logs, including IP address, requested page, time and browser information, for secure and reliable operation. The optional community forum is described separately below.
Community forum
If you choose to register for the Federio Dramatize forum, its software processes your username, email address, password hash, account preferences and technical information needed to run and protect the forum, including IP addresses and essential session cookies. Posts and the profile details you choose to publish can be seen by other visitors. Do not post passwords or confidential screenplay material.
The forum is hosted with STRATO in Germany. We process account data to provide the forum you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and technical and moderation data to keep it secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is a safe, reliable discussion space. The forum does not use advertising or analytics. STRATO processes hosting data on our behalf; published posts and public profiles are visible to visitors.
Retention
Account details are kept while the account exists. Public posts remain available until they are removed by you or a moderator, or until we respond to a justified deletion request. Security records are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse and protect the service; hosting logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention cycle. Quotations of a post in other users’ replies may remain visible. We assess requests to remove an account or posts individually, including legal obligations and the rights of other participants.
Your rights
You may request access to and correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. Send requests to support@screenplay-pro.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting on an account request.
